Soft Wash Mini Cyclone System – Small Size, Mighty Performance!
12 Volt Soft Wash Skid – Field Ready
Powerful, efficient and effective performance in a small lightweight package – that’s the Soft Wash Mini Cyclone System. Built for soft wash pros in need of a portable, yet rugged system, the Mini Cyclone is perfect for entry level soft washers, backup rigs, or addition to a multi-tank system.
Lead time: Currently 2-4 weeks, call for rush delivery and special needs.
System Features:
- Pump Options: Select from a Remco 12V 5.3 GPM or 7 GPM, 100 PSI on-demand pump
- Service Friendly: Pump stand included for easy pump changes and servicing
- Discharge Hose: 200′ ½” Flex Tech chemical hose (PVC)
- Supply Hose: 10′ ½” poly braided hose with PVC strainer, Titanium clamp
- Wiring: Pre-wired with 10 gauge wire, HD switch, 25/30 amp fuse, NOCO 10A onboard charger
- Hose Reel: Heavy-duty aluminum or stainless steel frame with stainless steel internals
- Wand Assembly: ½” poly trigger gun, 18″ Schedule 80 PVC wand, J-Rod with 0°, 15°, 25° and 40° nozzles
- Fasteners and Fittings: Only stainless, aluminum, poly or PVC – no steel, brass or galvanized parts
- Aluminum Frame: 24″ all welded lightweight, rust resistant
