Cyclone Soft Wash Skid System – 12 Volt
Speed through your chemical application with the Cyclone Soft Wash Skid. This unit features commercial-grade results in a lightweight aluminum frame built for abuse. The 7.0 GPM Remco Fatboy pump has been chosen for its even, smooth chemical output. Stainless steel reels and tanks have also been added for maximum longevity. Each skid is hand assembled in-house to give you dependable performance day after day.
Two practical tank configurations are offered. The base model comes standard with a 55 gallon water tank and chemical tank. Soap is stored in dual 7-gallon tanks to help keep the skid balanced and level while operating.
The extended version features an upgraded 100-gallon water tank. It also doubles the capacity of the soap tanks for longer cleaning jobs. The Hydro-Mixer V4 gives you easy, accurate mix control. Three metering valves allow quick and precise adjustment of your mix ratio.
In addition, heavy gauge wiring has been used for dependable electrical connections under harsh conditions. The weatherproof switch is another upgrade that enables safe use in all weather.
The NOCO 10-amp charger will keep your battery in ready condition at all times. A moisture resistant battery box is also used to prevent water damage from rain or hose overspray. You also get 200′ of chemical hose for increased reach. A 100′ fill hose with garden hose fittings is included as well.
A heavy duty poly trigger gun and 18″ PVC wand are also included. A variety of spray patterns can be achieved with J-Rod nozzles that are included. Float shutoff valves have also been used for more reliable system operation. Stainless steel fittings have also been used in place of chemical resistant components where possible. All of these components work together to give you a long-lasting, professional grade soft wash system.
