Whisper Wash Mini Mondo Force 31” – Dual Swivels, 4 Casters, Reversible Handle, Maximum Surface Coverage
The Whisper Wash Mini Mondo Force 31” was designed with power, articulation and reach in mind. This four-wheel dual-swivel and dual spray bar surface cleaner is made to excel on large projects. Built with two of Whisper Wash’s top performing swivels and dual spray bars, the Mini Mondo Force has twice the output for the same amount of effort as two machines—and the same operator.
Its powder-coated, aircraft grade aluminum cover measures 31” x 16” and is bordered by a 1” heavy duty nylon brush that helps keep overspray contained and maintain ideal floating control. Four 3” pivoting casters glide the Mini Mondo in any direction and angle—smoothly and effortlessly—even in tight spots.
Two counterbalanced and machined spray bars rotate true underneath, powered by two Whisper Wash swivels with self-lubricating twin thrust bearings. The dual-spray configuration provides up to 33% more performance than single-swivel surface cleaners.
The double-direction handle bracket on the Mini Mondo Force has its own unique feature as well. Simply flip a switch and the bar can be operated longways—ideal for cleaning narrow walkways, hallways or small work zones. This added flexibility allows for greater operator control and can dramatically decrease operator fatigue on long jobs.
The Mini Mondo Force was designed for both hot or cold water (up to 212°F), with a pressure range of 2,000–4,000 PSI, and has a flow rate of 6–12 GPM (with a mod available up to 20 GPM). It is an ideal surface cleaner for contractors with high-output commercial work demands.
Note: You must enter the nozzle size or write the pressure washer GPM and PSI in the notes section before we ship.
Spray Bar Evolution: A Whisper Wash Timeline
The first spray bars were basic and hard to balance, made from a few elbows and tees welded together. Spray bars from second-rate manufacturers still use this same inferior design today.
Whisper Wash was the first to release their patented one-piece precision-machined spray bar for maximum balance and control.
Later, to further improve spray bar durability, Whisper Wash began adding stainless steel sleeves to the spray bars.
Whisper Wash has once again raised the bar with the newest generation of spray bar technology that features Hydro-Flow and XForce spray bars engineered to deliver more flow, longer life and even better cleaning symmetry.

- Do I need special maintenance for the Mini Mondo Force swivel or spray bar?
- Q Do I need special maintenance for the Mini Mondo Force swivel or spray bar?A Periodically check the swivel for leaks, and grease as recommended. Check nozzles for wear and replace when spray pattern is not even. This will help avoid downtime and increase life span. How do I use the this machine so it doesn’t leave streaks on the sidewalk or driveway?
- Q How do I use the this machine so it doesn’t leave streaks on the sidewalk or driveway?A After proper hookups and fully flushing the supply line, run a short test pass to confirm spray rotation and coverage is even. Maintain a steady, even walk speed, and keep the deck level and centered over the surface — avoid jerky, side-to-side motions. Overlap cleaning passes so adjacent swaths blend without visible seams (a modest overlap — about one-quarter of the deck width — creates the most even coverage). Use an approved detergent or presoak on particularly stubborn stains, then rinse. Keep the spray bar parallel to the surface and maintain a consistent wand height to avoid over- or under-cleaning a surface. These simple technique adjustments can dramatically reduce striping and improve productivity.A Make sure you verify its rotating first: If the spray bar isn’t spinning freely, shut down and clear/replace clogged nozzles.A Also make sure you test the pressure washer GPM and flowrate. What pressure washer PSI and GPM work best with the Mini Mondo Force 31"?
- Q What pressure washer PSI and GPM work best with the Mini Mondo Force 31"?A Connect the 31" M400 HFAL to a medium-to-high flow pressure washer, typically in the range of ~2,500–4,000 PSI and ~3–5 GPM. Pressure (PSI) and flow (GPM) work in combination to drive the spray bar's rotation and determine cleaning speed. Too little flow under-drives the spinner and leads to poor coverage, while too much pressure without matching nozzle selection can overstress fittings. Check your pump's and hoses' PSI and GPM ratings and follow the model manual for recommended maximum PSI and GPM. If in doubt, provide PCE support with your pressure washer's pump spec (PSI and pump GPM) and we will advise the proper nozzle selection and hose setup.
