Mi-T-M Corporation has been building industry-leading equipment since 1971 when contractor AJ Spiegel started building the equipment he could trust working on every day. Based in Peosta, Iowa, Mi-T-M grew into a name that contractors could count on for industrial equipment. With contractors demanding performance, Mi-T-M has delivered value, durability, and support that has brought professionals back year after year.

Our production facility covers nearly one million square feet. Within, 23 production lines and 11 testing stations keep quality products rolling out the door and standards at the highest levels. Additionally, our design engineers are constantly innovating while robotic welders, laser cutters, and powder-coating systems make every piece come out strong. Because of this, every machine rolls off our production floor ready to take on the toughest jobs.

In 2021, we became employee-owned through an ESOP program. That transition further solidified our culture of pride and responsibility. Now, we manufacture cold and hot water pressure washers, air compressors, generators, heaters, vacuums, and water treatment systems.
