We'll build everything into a rugged, easy-to-use setup that is mounted on a trailer (or skid if you're on-site) and ready to go wherever you need to do your cleaning.

What is your return and refund policy?

Most new unopened merchandise is returnable within 30 days of delivery. Contact us prior to shipping any merchandise back to us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA). All returned merchandise must be shipped via UPS or FedEx. Shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable unless the merchandise is defective. Customers pay all return shipping charges. Opened, unused merchandise may also be returned within 30 days of delivery if in like-new condition, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Once fuel or oil is added to engine-powered equipment, it is considered used and is not returnable. Returns are not accepted on custom and special order products. Orders that have shipped can not be cancelled, and may be subject to an Order Return Fee if refused. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for more details.

Do I need a California-compliant pressure washer?

Yes. If you are using your pressure washer in California, it must be CARB compliant. California law requires that all pressure washers sold and operated in the state to adhere to strict emission standards set by the California Air Resources Board (CARB). The use of non-compliant equipment is subject to fines and confiscation by authorities. Purchasing a non-compliant pressure washer outside of California is not an option if you intend to use it in the state, as it will also need to be CARB compliant.
