Whisper Wash spray bars have evolved considerably over the years, and the end result is worth a closer look. First-generation models used elbows, tees, and threaded pipe to construct bars that were functional, but hard to balance. Plus, the fittings used at the time needed frequent adjustments. Cleaning was not efficient or enjoyable, and many lesser brands continue to use this crude, unstable design.

Improvements in manufacturing meant the second- and third-generation bars were precision machined and balanced as one solid unit, providing smooth operation, improved cleaning consistency, and far less vibration.

The addition of stainless steel sleeves at each end of the bar further enhanced durability and strength. Abrasion and wear was reduced and components lasted longer than ever before, even in the toughest cleaning conditions.

Whisper Wash now introduces an even newer generation, with a focus on water flow, improved balance, and faster upgrades with its multi-dynamic hybrid spray bars and removable spray arms.

A ½” ID hub provides the center for a water flow path through ⅜” ID spray arms, and dual indicator marks line up perfectly for hassle-free installation. Errors in angle are eliminated, providing high-speed, balanced rotation consistently.
