Product Description:
This hot water pressure washer is built for tough cleaning jobs in commercial and industrial settings.
To start, it uses a Powerease engine with electric start for strong, reliable power every time. A 55AH AGM marine battery is included.
Next, the direct drive system connects the engine to the pump. This setup gives compact design, smooth power flow, and low maintenance.
The unit features a commercial AR triplex pump with a die-cast body, brass manifold, and ceramic-coated plungers for lasting performance.
It also includes a thermal release valve to protect the pump from heat during long use.
In addition, the built-in unloader helps manage pressure and keeps water flow steady.
For hot water cleaning, the system uses a diesel-fueled heating coil. A 12V Beckett burner provides fast ignition and steady heat.
Meanwhile, the adjustable thermostat lets you control water temperature up to 200°F (93°C) with an output of 300,000 BTU.
Everything is mounted on a strong, powder-coated steel frame with four 13” flat-free tires for easy movement on any surface.
A roll cage design protects the parts and still allows quick access for service or repairs.
Additionally, a lift point is built into the frame. This makes crane loading simple when lifting onto a truck or trailer.
Finally, mounting brackets are built in. Just remove the wheels to install the unit on a trailer or truck bed.
