Product Description:

This commercial hot water pressure washer is built to handle tough cleaning jobs in both industrial and commercial settings.

To start, the Honda GX390 engine with electric start delivers strong, reliable power every time. It also comes with a 55AH marine battery, so you’re always ready to go.

Next, the direct drive system connects the engine straight to the pump. This setup reduces moving parts, which means less maintenance and a more compact design.

Then, the machine uses a General triplex plunger pump, made with a die-cast body, forged brass manifold, and one-piece plungers. A thermal release valve helps protect the pump from overheating during extended use.

To improve performance even more, an external unloader keeps the pump cooler and allows you to adjust flow and pressure as needed.

For hot water cleaning, the system uses a diesel-fueled heating coil, which is ignited by a 12V Becker burner. With the adjustable thermostat, you can heat water up to 200°F (93°C). This delivers up to 330,000 BTUs, giving you the power to tackle grease, oil, and heavy grime.

All components are mounted on a durable powder-coated steel frame. Four 13” flat-free tires provide smooth movement and stability, even on rough ground. The roll cage design protects key parts while still giving you easy access for service and use.

Additionally, a built-in lift point makes it simple to load the unit onto a truck or trailer. If you want to install it permanently, just remove the wheels and use the built-in mounting brackets.
