Built in the USA from Premium Materials
Veloci proudly manufactures Prima quick connects in Minnesota. Every fitting starts from 303 stainless steel bar stock sourced in Pittsburgh—America’s legendary City of Steel. From there, the product is fully machined, digitally verified, and polished in-house for consistent, reliable performance.
Each design prioritizes durability, efficiency, and fit. Because Veloci controls every step, you receive unmatched quality from material to final seal.
Key Features You Can Count On

Digitally Measured for Consistency
Each piece is scanned with advanced tools, providing precise and repeatable quality every time. -
De-Burred and Polished by Hand
Every fitting is cleaned and smoothed to ensure easy connections and quick field swaps. -
EPDM Seals Withstand Harsh Chemicals
These seals tolerate high heat and strong detergents without degrading. -
Fully Machined In-House

Where to Use Veloci Prima Fittings
These quick connects belong on high-pressure gear where fast changes save time. They work best on:
-
Spray guns
-
Foam cannons
-
Wand tips
-
Lances
Especially when speed and reliability matter, use 1/4″ Plugs at the spray gun outlet or wand end.
Thread Types Explained
To avoid leaks, always match threads properly:
-
Male Fittings: Threads outside the fitting
-
Female Fittings: Threads inside the fitting
-
NPT Thread Style: Tapered thread standard used in North America
Installation Tips That Prevent Leaks
When installing fittings:
-
Use 4–5 wraps of Teflon tape (clockwise) or 2–3 drops of Loctite on standard NPT threads.
-
For NPT to BSP threads (often found in European equipment), apply 6–7 wraps or a bit more sealant.
Although BSP threads tighten sooner, you’ll still get a reliable seal with proper tape or Loctite.
