Processing & Handling Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 0–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time (Mon–Fri) are usually shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
  • During high-volume periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, processing may be delayed. Customers will be notified via email if any delays occur.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery is estimated to occur within 0–4 business days depending on your location.
  • We ship orders Monday through Friday using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
  • Transit time may vary based on destination, carrier service, and item size or weight.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Shipping is available to most U.S. states. However, due to significantly higher carrier rates and state restrictions, we may not ship some products to California, Alaska, or Hawaii. Additionally, some items marked as “free shipping” may incur extra charges based on size, weight, or destination.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted U.S. territories.
  • Some oversized or specialty items may incur additional shipping fees. All charges will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link or carrier website.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
  • If your package is missing or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
