Processing & Handling Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 0–1 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time (Mon–Fri) are usually shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
  • During high-volume periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, processing may be delayed. Customers will be notified via email if any delays occur.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery is estimated within 0–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout.
  • We ship orders Monday through Friday using reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
  • Transit time may vary based on destination, carrier availability, and item dimensions.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Free standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $199.00 (before taxes and discounts).
  • Oversized or heavy items may incur additional shipping fees. Any applicable charges will be shown at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all U.S. states.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted territories.

Order Tracking

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they are handed over to the carrier.
