- Orders are typically processed within 0–3 business days after order placement, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time (Mon–Fri) are often processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET, on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing times may be extended due to inventory availability, carrier limitations, or high order volume. Customers will be notified if delays occur.
Freight & Oversized Shipping
- Certain products are oversized, heavy, palletized, or require special handling and therefore cannot ship via standard parcel carriers.
- Shipping costs for these items may not be finalized at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply due to carrier requirements, delivery location, liftgate service, or handling needs.
- Customers are encouraged to place the order to reserve the item. If additional shipping charges are required, our team will contact you to confirm the final shipping cost.
- No additional charges will be processed without customer approval. Your card will not be charged for additional shipping costs until the final amount is confirmed.
- In some cases, a separate invoice may be issued for additional shipping or freight charges.
- Freight deliveries may require a commercial address, liftgate service, delivery appointment, or an adult present to receive the shipment.
- Most freight and high-value shipments require an adult signature (21+) at delivery.
- Residential deliveries may require special arrangements or additional fees.
- Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability may result in re-delivery fees or storage charges from the carrier, which are the customer’s responsibility.
- Freight carriers typically allow limited free storage (usually 24-48 hours). Extended storage will incur daily fees charged by the carrier.
- Delivery timelines for freight or oversized shipments may vary and are dependent on carrier availability and destination.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard parcel delivery is estimated within 0–4 business days after shipment, depending on location.
- Orders ship Monday through Friday using carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight carriers when required.
- Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Restrictions
- Shipping is available to most U.S. states. Due to carrier limitations, regulatory requirements, or excessive freight costs, some products may not ship to certain locations including California, Alaska, or Hawaii.
- Items advertised with free shipping may still incur additional charges if they require special handling, freight service, or delivery accommodations.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted U.S. territories.
Order Tracking
- Once an order ships, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.
- Tracking availability may vary for freight shipments.
Address Accuracy & Refused Deliveries
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Address changes after shipment may incur additional fees or may not be possible.
- If a shipment is refused or undeliverable due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to pay freight charges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any restocking fees.
- Refused or abandoned freight shipments may incur additional carrier fees, storage fees, or re-delivery charges which will be the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery Inspection & Damage Claims
- Customers must inspect all shipments upon delivery before signing for the package, especially freight shipments.
- If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and refuse the shipment if severely damaged.
- Concealed damage must be reported to the carrier within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report damage promptly may void your claim.
- Ownership and responsibility for the shipment transfer to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.
- We are not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage caused by the carrier.
- Any claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed directly with the carrier. We will assist with damage claims but cannot guarantee reimbursement from carriers.
Order Cancellation & Changes
- Orders can be cancelled or modified before shipment by contacting us immediately at 800-439-4465.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Standard return policies will apply.
- If additional shipping charges are quoted and the customer declines, the order will be cancelled and refunded minus any processing fees or restocking charges if applicable.
Delays & Force Majeure
- We are not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: weather events, natural disasters, carrier delays, labor disputes, customs delays, or other unforeseen events.
- Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We cannot be held responsible for delays in transit.
